How can I reset my password?

You can reset your password from the Reset page (https://explee.com/resetting/request)

How to change my profile information?

Login to your account and go to your Profile page. From there, you can edit all your information in a few clicks. Just make sure to save your changes once you are done!

Can I change my profile picture?

We either use your Gravatar, Facebook or Google account to display your profile picture. You can change it anytime you want from your Profile page.

How to manage my email notifications?

You can manage your notification settings at any time. To do so, login to your Explee account, then go to your profile by clicking on "My profile", then click on "Notifications preferences".

Video Making

How to make a video?

To create a video, we invite you to read the following page (https://explee.com/learn). In a nutshell, you can add images, pictures and music from the toolbar on the left with a simple drag-and-drop. From the timeline, your can manage your elements' order and timing. Click on Export to share and watch your video!

What image file formats are supported?

You can either use .JPG or .PNG images (.GIF will soon be supported as well).

I found a picture on the Internet, can I use it on my video?

Of course you can! Just make sure that you have the appropriate rights to use it and don't forget to mention the picture credits if it has a royalty free licence.

How to group several elements?

To group images, press "SHIFT" and click on the elements you want to group. They will be selected. Then, from the tool box, just click on the 'Group' button.

I have uploaded an image and I can't find it

When you upload a picture, it goes directly in your library under the 'My library' tab. As soon as we are done converting your picture into an animation, you will be able to use it and ready to go!

I exported my video, can I download it?

It all depends on the plan you subscribed to. You will find more information from the following page: www.explee.com/pricing

How can I export my video on YouTube?

To publish your video for free on Youtube, login to your Explee account. From the page of your video, just click on 'Export on YouTube' to have it exported to YouTube.

Can I edit a video I have already exported?

From your Dashboard, you can create an editable copy of a video. Click on 'Edit a copy' on a video menu.

What do you mean by “Watermark”?

We add our logo (as a watermark) at the bottom of videos if you have a 'Basic' or 'Education' plan. Upgrade your account to remove it and add you own.

Video use and resell

Can I still use my video(s) after my subscription ends?

Yes, you will hold your video rights forever. If you plan not to renew your subscription, we suggest downloading your video(s) and re-uploading them to a hosting service, since you will no longer enjoy the unlimited hosting and playback provided for free in your subscription.

Can I resell a video produced on Explee?

You need to have purchased a Creative plan to have the IP rights to sell your videos to another business entity.

Are my animations private?

Sure! Only you can see and use your uploaded animations

Are my videos private?

All our plans let you control the privacy of your videos.

Free Trial

What happens after my 14-day trial?

Unless you decide to subscribe before your free trial ends, you will no longer be able to access your drafts nor your videos (they'll still be saved on our servers for a year).

Can I cancel my active subscription?

If you decide not to continue with Explee, you’ll be able to cancel your account from your Profile page.

Subscribe & unsubscribe

How do subscriptions work?

When you subscribe to one of our premium plans, you are charged for the first period of your subscription. Unless you cancel in the meantime, your subscription will automatically be renewed at the end of your billing period.

How can I upgrade?

You can upgrade anytime you want from the Pricing page —clicking on 'Start free trial'— or from your profile page —from the Account & Billing section—.

How to cancel my subscription?

Login and click on 'My profile' (on the top/right of the page), then on 'Account & Billing'. From there, you can click on 'Cancel your subscription'.

Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want?

You can cancel your plan anytime you want: your plan will end immediately and you will not be charged again.

Payment and refund

If I pay for a year and then cancel my account, can I be refunded?

In this case, you cannot be refunded. If you are not sure (yet!) to use Explee for a year, the monthly subscription may be a good option.

How can I pay?

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

Are my information safe?

No worry! For security reasons, we do not store your credit card information. We will never ever share any of your personal information with anyone.
